Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Echosy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License Grant
Echosy grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software in accordance with these terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the software.
Free Tier
The Free tier is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. It is subject to feature and usage limits as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free tier limitations at any time.
Pro Tier
The Pro tier is a one-time purchase license for personal, non-commercial use only. Each Pro license may be activated on up to 3 devices owned by the license holder. Pro licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Enterprise License
Any use of Echosy for business, team, commercial, or organizational purposes requires an Enterprise license. This includes use by employees, contractors, or teams within a company or organization. Contact us at sales@echosy.org for Enterprise licensing.
Prohibited Use
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software; use the Free or Pro tier for any commercial, business, or team purpose; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; use the software in any way that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Echosy, including all code, design, models, documentation, and content, remains the exclusive property of its developer. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at echosy.org/privacy for details on how we handle your data. Echosy processes audio entirely on your device — your audio data never leaves your Mac.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Echosy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Echosy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
